We want you to love your order — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom printed on demand, we only accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted

Orders with the wrong item, color, or size (if we made the mistake)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that were ordered in the wrong size by mistake

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
-
Intimate items such as underwear, swimwear, tights, socks, or face masks (for hygiene reasons)

Return Request Window
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A short description of the problem
We cannot guarantee return or refund eligibility after 7 days have passed.
Return Shipping
If your item is defective or misprinted, we’ll cover the return shipping cost or send a free replacement. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
All returned items must be:

In original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed)

In original packaging (where applicable)
We do not accept returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once your item enters production, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping Delays
Most items ship within 3–7 business days. If your order is delayed beyond our normal processing time due to production issues, we may offer a partial refund or store credit (up to 10%) as a goodwill gesture.
